I find this to be so hilarious. A company that sees the value of Customer Experience that they are hiring at a VP level but uses ADP to get applications. It's just stupid. It just shows that they don't understand CX and it would be am uphill battle to go work for a company like this. HR clearly doesn't get it. Their IT clearly doesn't get it. So why bother. I immediately closed tabs on my window and didn't even bother to apply.
