You need to get rid of ADP to have candidates fill out online application form. It's stupid. Doesn't parse properly and asking the same questions over and over again. And it's just not user-friendly. It also indicates that IT and HR don't know how to do their job right choosing ADP as their ATS solution and can't even design and execute something so simple that it makes candidates like myself never even want to consider working there. Yes, it's an indication that the company lacks competencies.
